Solar Power Rebate Program, Richland Energy Services – Washington
City of Richland Energy Services now offers two residential programs to encourage the use of solar power.
The solar power rebate program now provides $500 for every kW of installed solar power, up to 5 kW. The maximum rebate available is $2,500. Customers may also choose to take advantage of the 4% interest, 10-year loan, for $5,000 per kW installed. The maximum amount available for loans is $15,000.
To qualify for the solar power rebate program, the residential solar system needs to be installed within the City’s service area.
